About Ellen Z. Marlow
Dynamic, polished entrepreneur Ellen Z. Marlow had a vision to start her own consulting business 15 years ago with a sincere desire to help individuals and groups achieve excellence. Ellen’s education, professional experience, and unique skill-set are unparalleled within the management and image consulting industries. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Speech Communication, and a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on counseling and human development, Ellen has the innate ability to connect with people. She quickly establishes rapport with her clients earning the role as trusted advisor vs. a traditional corporate consultant.
Ellen has served in a consultant capacity in a variety of industries over the past 10 years. As a corporate trainer, Ellen taught leadership development skills at all organizational levels including executive coaching in the C-suite, supervisory training for mid-level managers, and team building with non-salaried employees in manufacturing facilities.
Over the past 10 years, Ellen has developed strong partnerships with physicians in nephrology, interventional radiology, vascular surgery, podiatry, dermatology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, and internal medicine. From consulting surgeons in the operating room to providing education to nurses in physician’s office, Ellen’s extensive and diverse experience is invaluable within the health care industry.
